I have stayed for 4 nights with my fiance. Beds were comfortable and the space was always pretty clean. The staff have been incredibly useful and pleasant and constantly made us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious along with the closet. Bathroom was clean and the shower was great. Not a super social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

Great place, everything is close. Team are tremendous friendly and useful and speak good English. You can find activities every single night and it´s a very good way to socializing with people nowadays. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed everyday. Only thing was beds are a little bit squeaky but that’s incredibly slight. Wonderful value for the price!

This hotel was truly centrally situated and the staff members on the reception were available at all the time. The beds have been comfy and the people in the hotel ended up generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air conditioning was off and on, couldn´t fix it at the end. Assuming that you are travelling to Hamburg you have to book this hotel. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the rooms are very clean. And the nice ambience helped us disconnect, it was very nice.

Fantastic place, every little thing is few steps. Personnel are super welcoming and helpful and speak good English. There are actually activities each and every evening and it´s an excellent way to meet people. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed everyday. Only problem was beds are somewhat noisy but that’s really insignificant. Wonderful value for the money!
